I like the location/the lay out of the apartment. However, windows are bad and I have had major pest control problems. Like a lot of apartment complexes maintenance is on again off again depending on the maintenance people at the time of your problem. Prices keep going up and fees added. I doubt any of this different anywhere else.

Our apartment feels cozy on the inside. However there are still some problems in common area spaces and the trash. We unfortunately still don’t have washer/dryer doors.

The communication from office staff and whomever checks the phone voicemail and emails is lacking. I’ve left multiple messages and sent numerous emails with no response. I end up having to go into the office. The only friendly person in the office I’ve dealt with is Brielle.

For the amount of rent that is paid monthly vs the energy costs associated with gapped doors and 30 yr. Windows. That are literally falling out. Does not feel worth the cost of rent. Not to mention we moved into mold issues and no one has yet to have ducts cleaned…

The office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing.
