May 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFor the amount of rent that is paid monthly vs the energy costs associated with gapped doors and 30 yr. Windows. That are literally falling out. April 21, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing.
