October 20, 2025Staff and amenities are great. New management has been doing great work. Landscaping could use work. Other tenants are not courteous when it comes to keeping their dogs quiet and will let them bark for hours on endProperty Manager Responded

Great staff, cool clubhouse

September 22, 2025I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transit. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues quickly. The amenities like the gym and pool are well-kept and a big plus. The only downside is occasional noise from neighbors or the parking lot, but overall, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live. September 21, 2025Neighborhood is good but maintenance was not at all satisfactory . During winter the wind comes from the window when we complained they said maintenance cannot replace anything we need to figure out from our end .. there was ice forming inside the window still they could not help in fixing it. The dryer is broken the clothes get dirty but still maintenance didnot replace the dryer . During summer ac didnot work for 2months had to wait for the acProperty Manager Responded

September 16, 2025I love the scenery and serenity of my community ! The trees and ponds are beautiful ! I have been here 4 yrs and love my space ! Maintenance needs to work on building a more experienced team .
