January 7, 2026Maintenance is better but that’s it. The residents are being nickled and dimed to death. If you have an animal be prepared to register that pet on a website, and have all your records and pay $34 to register plus $35 per month extra rent. When I moved in they did one-two and 3 year leases. Now 12 or 13 months. Now you have to get internet and WiFi thru the orchard at $65 per month. My contract I had with spectrum was $30 per month for WiFi/internet. Great staff, cool clubhouse
October 4, 2025Took a tour at the orchard with Megan, Kellie & Barbara. They were all new in the office but very friendly and helpful. The club house also looks like a great place to hang out and seems well kept.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transit. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues quickly. The amenities like the gym and pool are well-kept and a big plus. The only downside is occasional noise from neighbors or the parking lot, but overall, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live. September 21, 2025Neighborhood is good but maintenance was not at all satisfactory . During winter the wind comes from the window when we complained they said maintenance cannot replace anything we need to figure out from our end .. there was ice forming inside the window still they could not help in fixing it. The dryer is broken the clothes get dirty but still maintenance didnot replace the dryer . During summer ac didnot work for 2months had to wait for the acProperty Manager Responded
