    Love my apartment but dealing with maintenance issues have been a real problem. I was without my washing machine for 17 days and once again had to go to the office to get any resolution. Writing it up online takes forever. Now I’ve been without my dishwasher for nine days and again I had to go to the office twice to get a resolution to my issue. Very frustrating

    I already tell people it's great, but you have to wait FOREVER for any maintenance even if it's important. MAINTENANCE is honestly awful, I don't even call or ask for maintenance anymore, everything else...truly wonderful.
