December 21, 2024Pros: OVERALL PLEASANT LIVING EXPERIENCE -newer build, meaning new finishings -very quiet neighborhood! -the on-site property manager is friendly. she put on apartment-wide events Cons: BUDGET AHEAD (whether you stay or move) -they increased rent about 10% annually at lease signing.
