September 7, 2024I have been a resident here for approximately four months. The things I love about this place include cleanliness, great communication with management, and a very friendly environment. Things I wish would be better is the trash service. A lot of residents leave trash outside their doors every day, disregarding the trash pick up schedule. I know we are struggling with a consistent trash removal pick up system but trash should not sit in the hallway for five consecutive days.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2024Would not live here again. Amenities are low quality and pool is always gross and breaking down or residents break glass. It’s been shut down for several reasons over the last year. Poor treatment by office staff on move-in; hallways need deodorizing really badly, stinks of trash, and outside the building (all the way around just smells awful); constant smell of urine.
