Smokers, not maintained, cheap shortcuts

Location is great but neighbors are very loud. Kids run around looking inside windows. Dog poop everywhere, on grass, on sidewalk, on parking lot. So many chain smokers that smoke outside appartment doors so smoke travels into upstairs units. On top of that doors dont seal so smoke travels through doors as well as kitchen sink, bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets (I have brought this issue up with management with no follow up and no action on this matter). unit is small and old and is so expensive to cool appartment in summer. Heater is in hallway so it only heats up the wall and not the appartment also smells. Minor shortcuts when installing carpets (ripping up from seams) and installing light fixtures (big gaps in drywall) as well as an unsecure toilet and shower head. Seems like nothing was fixed before tenate arrival but was just painted over to look new. Outlets and plugs are all very loose and your plug will fall right out. Overall you get what you pay for but I would reconsider and read the fine print before moving in. I have lived here for a year and will not be resigning my lease.
