Unfortunately, our experience living here has been disappointing overall. Since move-in, we’ve had to submit maintenance requests for numerous issues including the dishwasher, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and outlet, microwave, AC, hot water, and even a shower ceiling collapse. While most items were eventually repaired, the ongoing pest control issue has never been fully resolved despite multiple reports. No matter how many times the unit is sprayed, the issue continues. We are treated very professional and asked frequently if there’s anything we need , like a light bulb changed etc. in my opinion the crew does as well as they can with the pet situation, the pet owners should clean up after their own pets. But the common areas are taken care of. Thank you TEAM .

I really enjoy living here! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the community has a nice, relaxed vibe. I especially appreciate that the complex is dog-friendly — my pup loves it here, and there’s plenty of space for walks.
