Since the change in management at Ownsby Apartments, there has been a noticeable decline in professionalism and communication.
Details fall through the cracks, communications go unanswered and when responses are received, reasonable questions are sometimes treated as if they are excessive or demanding, rather than being handled with professionalism. This creates an environment where residents feel discouraged from seeking clarification.

felt unprofessional, including instances where the property manager has spoken over residents or raised their voice during conversations. This approach makes it difficult to have productive, respectful communication.
Overall, there is a lack of professionalism under the new management. I hope this feedback is considered and leads to meaningful improvements.
