I've been living in this apartment for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff here, from the front desk to the maintenance team, are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always on top of their work. Great Apartment

I just moved to VA from LA and everyone at the complex helped make my move so smooth. Everyone is so incredibly nice. The complex is clean, super dog friendly, and relatively quiet. I love it here.

Maintenance and Office Staff are Amazing

I have lived here for about 8 months now. The staff at Palatine apartments have been so accommodating, understanding, communicative, and kind. They really care about wanting you to be comfortable and satisfied with your apartment home and they really care about the community. The office staff is so communicative and keeps us in the loop about anything that affects our living environment and updates to the building and surrounding areas. Roberto, and Giovanni. I have had some maintenance requests and they were not only prompt but also respectful, knowledgeable and helpful with repairs. Great and calm place to live! Will give a 16 month update to this review as well.

Gio, Roberto, and Jorge, are the best, most professional maintenance team I’ve ever worked with. I have had 2 very minor fixes required, and they responded quickly, professionally, and fixed each problem like experts. Couldn’t be happier!

Great Building, Great Location

When I first moved to Arlington this was always my favorite building! The style of the apartments and furnishings is great - updated and chic but not too modern. The location of the building is ideal - right in the heart of Courthouse and walking distance to both Clarendon and Rosslyn. This building also has great amenities, including a gym and rooftop pool. The management of the building was always very professional and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend the Palatine!

I did the whole leasing process from outside the US and the team Harry/Olivia were very patient, kind and helpful throughout the process. I knew I liked the apartment at my first online viewing with Olivia but online and reality are never really the same except in this case. My apartment met every expectation when I moved in/saw in person the very first time. Extend my sincere appreciation to Olivia and Harry who made the process of getting an apartment in a new country as painless as possible. ...
It’s been almost 2 months since I moved in and I have no complaints. The front desk is very responsive and helpful when I reach out to them.

Great place to live with nice and helpful staff

Reviews usually feel fake, but the Palatine lives up to the hype

I leased with the Palatine for a single year, and I've never lived in a community with higher maintenance and cleanliness standards. I lived in a newly-renovated unit that once had a single laminate floorboard come loose; after filing a ticket through the online portal, the maintenance staff were in my apartment within 3 hours to fix it. When we had a small electrical issue (my fault), the maintenance staff came up to the unit within the hour. The front desk is staffed 24/7 by courteous and ...
polite professionals, and mail was always delivered in a very timely fashion. Cleanliness was also top-notch all around, from the lobby, to the common gym, to the pool deck. I never had any issues working with Bozzuto, and in retrospect I really can't see any negatives to the Palatine except that Courthouse is a pretty sterile (boring, to me) neighborhood. Great job, Bozzuto!
