We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously missed, we would certainly take the time to address. As for construction noise, this is a vibrant area that is being improved upon regularly and construction noise is a side effect of this. Our community team acknowledges that fire alarms can be disruptive and sudden. Our fire system operates as it is intended to, and this does result in alarms going off at times that are not planned. While these are an inconvenience, it is for the well-being of all residents that this alarm system is in place. Don't Move Here
May 18, 2023The place is nice from outside, that is it. That is even questionable. They do construction work here with out permits on distribution electrical. Dangerous and irresponsible to tenants. I moved in and 3 weeks later started un-permitted construction to fix a major electrical problem. They hired a company that showed up everyday for three weeks to jackhammer. They basically showed up to work with forks and knives to do this work. They said that demo was only going to take 3 days not 3 weeks. ...Still to this day they have not repaired the electrical system. Construction fence is still there and they got shut down from the City of Los Angeles for not having a permit. They never informed me of construction prior to lease therefor taking my choice away from renting a property that was not under construction. Then the property manager name Chase said he would let me out of my lease but not pay relocation and moving expense. This is the kind of treatment you will receive here. Worst living experience in Los Angeles
July 9, 2021Without a doubt would never live here again. There’s no way to emergency maintenance or security, no phone number to call that connects you to your landlord. Their emergency lines hang up on you before you can leave a message. Palazzo incorrectly installed our stove during a routine repair and had gas pumping into the house for over a day, when we noticed the smell ended up having to call SoCal Gas since no one here would pick up. People that live here will constantly park in your assigned spot ...despite the ludicrous price tag to live and park at the Palazzo West, nothing will be done about it, there is no one to reach out to. For a place that’s this expensive to live in, Palazzo West deliver garbage quality if they deliver at all.Property Manager Responded
