June 11, 2025Loving it here. Jayden and Diego are awesome! When I first moved in I was having trouble with the move in date and my work schedule, at the last minute they went out of their way to change my lease to coincide with my work schedule. The unit itself is very nice and clean, the layout is perfect. I've been here for about a month now. I've submitted two maintenance requests. The storage door lock wasn't working and one of the outlets in the kitchen, the maintenance came and fixed them right away. ...The neighborhood is perfect, walking distance to everything!! :)Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2025Not a pleasant experience. Rude staff that doesn’t do their job correctly then they punish you for it. The place isn’t kept clean but they will fine you for not putting trash in a bin. There’s been melted ice cream in the hallway since I moved there. Very loud you can hear your neighbor’s conversations through the walls. Installation sucks.Review from Apartments.com

January 21, 2025The apartment layout is great; the building is nice and clean. I have lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Maintenance responses are super quick if you submit a work order (within a few hours). I wish the complex put on events tho. So many people are around the same age in the building, and the complex does not have to hold a single event to meet your neighbors. That is really the only downside of living here. I know other Graystar properties host events constantly for their ...tenants; even smaller events with a would-be awesome, but none...Property Manager Responded
