August 18, 2025I did not put this work order in. Maintenance entered my home without a work order, without consent, without any notice, and not for an emergency. They replaced my washer without my knowledge and took my clothes out of the washer, including undergarments, set them on the floor and then notified me AFTER saying they had gone into the wrong apartment and changed the wrong washer. Again, I did NOT create this work order. It was created the day after they entered my home. Additionally, I emailed ...management and called with my concerns regarding this and no one has responded to me. I do not feel safe returning to my home at this time.Property Manager Responded
