LEAKS! LEAKS! LEAKS! Beware and do not rent here. There is major plumbing pipe issue here that is not being addressed, all throughout the building. Many units affected. Multiple times a week. At least 5 in the last week. One major issue that caused a leak in the garage and had all residents standing outside in the middle of the night.

with water damage, mold risks, and repeat maintenance calls. It’s clear the root issues are not being fixed—just patched up temporarily.
On top of that, the elevators are unreliable and frequently out of service, causing major inconveniences for residents At this price point, the lack of basic building functionality is unacceptable.
Management is slow to respond and rarely proactive. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-maintained, professionally run residence.
There is a high turnover rate for a reason. Please rent elsewhere!!!
