    While this is a safe place to live, there are some major issues. The apartment walls are literally made out of paper and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing which means you can also smell everything your neighbors are smoking. The staff are somewhat rude and invasive, the "quarterly inspections" mean someone will come busting through your front door once every three months whether you are on the toilet or not. The toilets, sinks doorknobs etc are old as the hills and need replacing. ...
    The ground keepers make a lot of noise very early in the morning and throughout the day, even early on Saturday mornings. The cost may be low, but you will make up for it by putting up with these annoyances.

  • Mosquito infested and poorly managed.

    I’ve never seen a Lindsey managed property run well, and tenants pay more than what they get from the properties. This place is poorly managed and management was rude when I looked into the apartments. The pond is disgusting and looks like a mosquito breeding ground. Would not recommend renting here.

    The Park Apartments are owned by the Lindsey Company, which does not have a reputation around Northwest Arkansas for being easy to work with or having nice landlords. But the staff at The Park has been nothing but extremely accommodating and helpful from the very beginning. I have been consistently surprised by their positive attitudes in person and over the phone, by their promptness, and by their patience. The grounds of the complex are quiet, well-kept, and the yard side is beautiful with many ...
    flowers and landscaping. The only complaint I have is that the tenant before me was clearly a heavy smoker inside the apartment. The staff did everything they could do in removing the smell — including renting a professional-grade Ozone machine on their dime — but the smell still lingers after two months of my residency and there is obvious discoloration in some places as a result of the smoke. This is no fault of the staff, but I have never lived in a complex where tenants are allowed to smoke inside and was surprised The Park has no rule against it. Had the smell faded more quickly, and had I not had to scrub every inch of the apartment in vinegar-water, I would have rated The Park excellent. I wish they were able to implement a ban against smoking inside the residence, or else designate apartments for smoking and non-smoking.

    I really don't have any complaints about this apartment complex. It's in a nice area-close to the mall, restaurants, Walmart, Target, etc...It's a fairly quiet environment and management is great. It is the perfect place to live if you are looking for something small and comfy and a fairly reasonable price!

    I have been living at the Park Apartments with the Lindsey's corporation for 4 almost 5 years. Have lived in three different style apartments during that time, all of them are clean and up to date. The maintenance is speedy on salving any issues. The Office people are friendly, remember you name and if you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment, they are right there to help out. There is a lounge, gym, a pool, basketball and tennis courts and a pond in the middle of the complex where ...
    people laughingly try to fish. The complex is a little off the main street, but is just a little ways from a major shopping area so basic essentials are easily accessed while also not being in a crazy busy part of the suburban city.
