Excellent Experience
September 24, 2019I can honestly say that my 1 year stay here was excellent! Front office was always very helpful. Every time I had a maintenance issue they came right away. I had a pet that I would walk around the complex very often and everyone was very friendly towards us. I'd even go inside the office with him to say hi and they'd some times have treats to give my dog. I was able to use their refer a friend promotion which gave me a $500 credit towards rent, which benefited me greatly! I sadly had to leave ...because my company moved me in short notice and the front office, especially Ana, was very helpful. Even after I moved out I was still able to contact the front office and ask for help that they certainly did not have to do. I loved the location. It is right in between Angleton, Freeport, and Lake Jackson. The Kroger was just down the street and if you like HEB it was just another 5 minutes. Rude staff
September 11, 2019The staff here was rude and mostly incompetent for the majority of my stay. The pool was out of order for a solid month during the summer. Poor water pressure. The apartments were clean and rather nice but cheaply built like most apartments. Upon move out, I was charged for minor wall damages from faded paint and they gave me a three hour window on a saturday morning to pay it before I was sent to a collections agency. There are better options in the area, i encourage you to pursue them.Review from Apartments.com
