I also want to give a special shoutout to Chevyon, the property manager. She has been extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire application process. Maintence is bad and property manager is lazy

This is, by far, the worst apartment community I have ever lived in. The communication from management is excessive, with emails being sent almost every week regarding the same issues. The security staff frequently harass tenants over parking decals, while maintenance has consistently failed to properly address repair requests. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding the same issue, sometimes repeatedly, and the problem still has not been properly resolved. Despite paying rent ...

and additional fees, it feels as though tenants are constantly being fined for one thing or another. The office is also frequently closed during posted business hours, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. When the property manager is available, her attitude often comes across as rude and unwelcoming, leaving residents feeling as though they are inconveniencing her by asking her to address legitimate concerns. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I love my new place it's comfy and cozy! They keep the property clean and have security on the grounds always! The maintenance man Otis is A-1, Top Tier he shows up quickly and gets the job done! When Otis comes I know if I have any issues he gets it fixed the first time around and he is very professional!! I give 10 outta 10 highly recommend!

I have had a roof leak since the tornado my roof is currently leaking everyone it rains and the roof is starting to cave in. We havent been offered another unit and no one has came to fix it they won’t even put a tarp on the roof to stop the leaking. Office staff do not show any concern or care about the living situation.

A change of ownership without a change in management will never improve anything, so to think that wouldn’t apply to college club/park at bristol is a slap in the face to the residents. from random fees to maintenance request being completely ignored. do yourself a favor and don’t.
