Me and few of my neighbors have a roach problem no matter how much you clean. I have had multiple times where my safety was in jeopardy, break ins, etc. Management hardly answers the phone, doesn’t respond to emails, and have dry unenthused employees working there who would obviously rather be doing anything else. My unit also had very cheap repairs and a horrible paint job.

I have lived here for two years and never had a problem with any neighbor or the management department. The apartment staff are the best; they are a good listener and always attend to their residents promptly.
