I never leave reviews. A close friend is looking for a place to live and asked me about this one. I have been living here for three years and giving my friend my honest review of the place I realized how amazing , maintained , and just overall great the park at Kendall is. Truly worth every penny , I wouldn’t move anywhere else to save a couple of bucks bc I know I would be dissatisfied being that the bar was set so high.
