No Parking with New Parking System - Risk of Tow. Please Fix It!
September 6, 2025No parking at night other than bad options. Literally no parking and ended up getting towed. New parking system is causing too many unknown cars to park in the lot. Will delete if problem is fixed.Property Manager Responded

This place gives deals based on u writing them a happy review
December 23, 2023Empty promises. I’ve lived here 2 years and am breaking my lease today. You’ll pay monthly amenity fees for a public laundromat they open when they decide to show up for work. And a pool that’s not open year round.. so why pay for that year round? Paying for amenities that’s shared with the entire complex so be prepared to not be able to use a washer/dryer when u need. Residents pissing in hallways. Dog shxt will be in the walkway or outside your door. Roaches of all shapes & sizes take over. ...Pest control comes out weekly yet roaches are still flourishing. Old appliances. So when your burner on the stove goes out, it’s replaced from another old stove. Heat/AC will go out frequently. Be prepared for hot days with this Houston heat in the summer. There is no hot water only warm. During this whole 2 years never have I had hot water. Kids run through hallways at all hours. Neighbors will turn their music up to the max so be prepared to be forced into what they’re doing. Parking.. parking is a whole other problem. They ATTEMPT to enforce “towing threats” yet during the week if you’re getting home after 5/6pm be prepared to park on the street outside the complex. Arrogant & Unconcerned
September 28, 2022My kids and I moved in in June, and my patio(which they charge me $15 a month for) and my front door patio area flood every time we have the slightest rainfall. The trash can is not large enough to accommodate the residents so there is trash and debris around the trash bins. My apartment has a roach problem that management is unconcerned about as well as live and dead MICE. Found one in the middle of my kitchen at 8:00 am, and requested maintenance and management to come to remove it. I am still ...waiting it is almost 10 AM. don’t be fooled
March 29, 2022This Apartment is catfish if you get unlucky enough to live on the side where the leasing office is just know you’re moving to the dirty ran down side. Residents let their dogs poop everywhere and don’t clean it up, kids running all through the complex loud all day, the trash bins be spilling over with trash, it’s never any parking, they allow residents to sit bags of trash on their balcony’s for hours and sometimes multiple days at a time, & no matter how much you clean your house you’ll still ...see roaches. Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. And not to mention there’s a new management and staff now and they’re more rude than the last ones and they have no sense of urgency. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
