Would not recommend.
My heating system stopped working, and shortly after, my breaker box began to smoke, followed by a loud boom. With the cold weather, my children and I had to leave our home, and I ended up throwing out spoiled food. This situation nearly cost me my job due to the time I had to take off.
After the breakdown, a replacement part was finally ordered on Wednesday, and maintenance started work on it on the 11th day. Meanwhile, I'm still expected to pay the full rent, and it feels ...
like no one is taking my concerns seriously. I was also promised repairs for my bedroom and closet doors, which were damaged during the installation of the water heater, but I’ve been waiting for six months with no updates. I had cold water for 13 days.

Horrible maintenance service and failure to properly fixture issues in apartment. Its frustrating to constantly be placated about issues that they never actual fix. I cant wait until my lease is up. I would not recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Jackson Area.

During , that time the lady above me , had been there for a while , years basically . The apartments ceiling use to leak , until it finally fell in , because maintenance never came and fixed the leak . We put in 100 request , and never received assistance . BEDBUG INFESTATION

I moved here and the leasing lady acts like there isn’t a bed bug infestation! These apartments have been infested since day one and they know you see tons of mattresses thrown away. Also there are snails and half fixing maintenance. If you have no wear better to stay then stay here I think the shelter would honestly be better. I’m sorry if you have to live here.

Everyday there is trash all in the parking lot. Literally you cant drive without running over trash. People let there dogs mess all on the sidewalk and front walk ways of the apartments. The only thing I like about the apartment is that it is spacious. Water pressure low and kitchen out dated. If you do not like dogs I REPEAT if you do not like dogs do not come here.

I moved into this apartment in 2016 of June. Apartment can be updated but it was okay. A/C went out by me not being there everyday it was not fixed.
They never told me that u had to pay $60 every month for water and they never said u don’t get ur deposit back once u move.
If they learn how to be straight forward then I would have stand. Over $800 for water and I only stayed at the apartment for 8 days out the year

The size of the apartment is decent, however the apartment itself is not good. Maintenance is terrible! Management staff isn't good! The area is terrible and some of the people are very rude and inconsiderate! Do yourself a favor and pick another place to live!!

I love my apartment, it's not busy outside, kinda quiet! I like the split floor plan. It could do better with the maintenance and the timing it takes to fix things. The water pressure is kinda low. It a nice apartment overall! I love the vanity in the bathroom and large walk in closets
