I have had a great experience here for going on one year. Quiet and friendly atmosphere and very affordable pricing in North Raleigh. Decent quality of living for those just looking for a cozy place to live without breaking the bank. Leasing Staff and Property Manager have been great to work with. Overall I’m satisfied with my choice to live here.

The Park at North Ridge has been a pleasure. Been here about 6 months and it is the most peaceful residence I have even been. All neighbors are nice and staff is extremly helpful. Only con I would express, if you do not use your HVAC system, it is either too cold or too hot in the apartment. Other than that I enjoy my time here at The Park at North Ridge.

I have been a resident for over 10 years and the area is rapidly decreasing between garbage over flows, broken down cars on the property loud music played well into the morning hours , the workout area security is broken , and the unleashed dogs has really became an issue and it seems management is overlooking these things

The Park at North Ridge has been a joy. The staff is great and maintenance is attentive to requests needed. The community is very peaceful and all the neighbors are friendly. Sometimes the apartment can get either too hot or too cold at times but besides that everything within the apartment is great. I have enjoyed my stay so far, infact I plan to renew my lease.
