All neighbors are nice and staff is extremly helpful. Only con I would express, if you do not use your HVAC system, it is either too cold or too hot in the apartment. The community is very peaceful and all the neighbors are friendly. Sometimes the apartment can get either too hot or too cold at times but besides that everything within the apartment is great. I have enjoyed my stay so far, infact I plan to renew my lease.
