February 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comSince I moved, my apartment is full of cockroaches, I have spent more than 150 dollars on products trying to get as many cockroaches as possible. They take the cars very easily, every day. I have only one car with a temporary license plate and they have taken it to me several times because they can't give me a sticker. I'm paying more than 120 dollars for water as if I had a soccer team living in my apartment. The worst apartment experience I've ever had here. I just want my contract year to ...end.Read More

Dated appliances, trash everywhere. Gunshots nightly or some sort of violence every other night that involves police The price is nice but the photos do not reflect how subpar these apartments are. I’ve lived here 2 years too long and can’t wait to move out.

I live by myself and recently had a stroke in my apartment the leasing people always check up on me and if it wasn’t for them I would of died. They have a heart of gold and always friendly. Sandra is one of a kind there’s not very manager left like her.

They go above and beyond there duties and always greet you with a smile. The maintenance guy Junior is always ready to help you.
