HORRIBLE DO NOT COME

In the span of three to four weeks there's been a murder of three people IN THE APARTMENTS and YESTERDAY they threatened/attacked one of my neighbors. On top of that we got "security", but he was too busy getting his beauty sleep instead of doing his actual job, and all he does is sit in his car all night until his shift is done. Also this is the top 2 of the crappiest property manemnt companies these apartments have had, RPM living is HORRIBLE!!! The office ladies sit at their desk ALL day and ...
NOT ONCE answer the phone. They have an "emergency" line, but you might as well pay to fix the problem yourself because they NEVER come. I've been having mold on my restroom ceiling for MONTHS now and have put in TWO work orders and still NOTHING. I work full time so i dont have the time to go to the office. Dont waste your money or your happiness. FIND ANOTHER AREA!

Son unos inumanos nos dejaron sin aire acondicionado todo el fin de semana con estas temperaturas tan altas no se porque no pueden arreglar un simple aire acondicionado además de que jamás contestan el teléfono y se hecha la culpa unos a otros y la escusa preferida de todos "Yo estoy temporalmente aqui" se supone que estan ahí para ayudarnos no importa si te vas a quedar o no estoy muy desepcionada y que decir de la alberca verde de mugre todo el tiempo no los recomiendo para nada.

I have stayed her for 3 years an they have went through at least more then 10 managers. my mails box has been getting broken into, my car has been broken into, and the gate is always broken. they had security that saw the guy breaking into cars and he didn't absolutely nothing to stop it. my family was without water for 3months the lights only worked on one side of the apartments for a month. when my pregnant sister went to the office to ...
let them know today actually 4/5/18 they told her they are no longer accepting requests. this place is horrible everyone that works there is lazy. they was one manager that tried to help us get out of our lease in December. they fired him for doing his job, because it cost them money. An now the lady in the front office won't let us out of our lease or honor the deal we made with the guy before her. on separate occasions but all in the same year... we have been without water for months, without hot water for months, our master clos6has flooded an ruined everything in the closet, never had a working dishwasher, our cars have been vandalized broken it, and my father had a gun pulled on him during his visit over a parking spot. my mail is still getting broken into even after they "fixed it" and they tried to find a way to charge me for. the water stinks when you try to use any sink the maintenance people don't know what to do or how to fix anything. even after all this stuff they won't let me out of my lease I'm just happy I'll be over in July, but they haven't fixed anything so I might not have water till July. please do not move here you will seriously regret it it's not worth any money.

The staff doesn't answer the phone! When I move in my apartment was not CLEAN. Dead bugs in the refrigerator and bleach stain on the carpet! Staff show no concern and I'm stuck and had to clean up someone else filth.

She actually took time to come see me and my apartment and she actually took care of all my complaints. The pools are clean and the property is clean . I agree SAVE YOUR MONEY! These apartments are a complete mess! You will regret moving here like the rest of the people who live here. There's always new management every month. Huge pot holes. A/c is always messing up. I was without a/c for a full month, even called corporate and they were no help. My past water bill was 110 when it is usually 59 went to the office and complained and said it was a "technical issue" LIES!! trying to steal your money, that is always their excuse. If you don't ...

There was no hot water for days I couldn't even shower I had to visit a family member to shower. The complex also needs renovation. HUGE potholes, broken windows everywhere and old rusty wood. Had to give one star to submit review. Definitely 0 stars! RUN AWAY! Don't do it to yourself no matter what special they offer you, don't even walk in the office. I moved here a month ago under the impression that I would have washer and dryer connections that was a lie. Move in day they weren't ready and in order for us to be able to move in we replaced our own locks. A month later I don't even have a mailbox key because they get broken into and destroyed so often they hadn't fixed it when I ...

The trash bins are a disaster, they are always full, trash on the floor and the flies are all over the place. I have a cracked window, rusty sinks and flickering lights. All issues I have informed them about and they havent fixed saying they only have one maintenance man. Forget calling the corporate office. The lady I spoke to there was even more unprofessional than the office staff and they don't seem to think Houston's heat is dangerous for an asthmatic or a priority. Don't put yourself through this! I have spoken to neighbors and they no longer know why they moved here and I know now this was a mistake. With everything in me please don't do it to yourselves. If you're thinking about moving here beware of the pot holes everywhere!! There's never parking here! For the price of the rent these apartments need a renovation!! How about new updated windows and curtains.. When you drive you will see a lot of broken curtains which makes the apartments look bad! Make the complex look nice not just go up on the rent! My sister lives here and she has had mold in her apartment for the past three months. Every time I visit it is the same they want her to pay rent but not fix anything. Today someone drove into her apt and they don't even have an emergency line to call as the office is not answering. They have multiple huge pot holes all through the property that in the past year I have visited have not been fixed in fact they have gotten bigger. I wouldn't let my dog stay here
