In the span of three to four weeks there's been a murder of three people IN THE APARTMENTS and YESTERDAY they threatened/attacked one of my neighbors. On top of that we got "security", but he was too busy getting his beauty sleep instead of doing his actual job, and all he does is sit in his car all night until his shift is done. Also this is the top 2 of the crappiest property manemnt companies these apartments have had, RPM living is HORRIBLE!!! The office ladies sit at their desk ALL day and ...
NOT ONCE answer the phone. They have an "emergency" line, but you might as well pay to fix the problem yourself because they NEVER come. I've been having mold on my restroom ceiling for MONTHS now and have put in TWO work orders and still NOTHING. I work full time so i dont have the time to go to the office. Dont waste your money or your happiness. FIND ANOTHER AREA!
