never got my tour
April 18, 2024unfortunately I never got to tour this property! I drove an hour away to tour this property and they cancelled on me. The lady on the phone said she was covering for the property and had no way of showing me any of the apartments that were for rent.Property Manager Responded

Loved living here!
January 19, 2024This is a late review but we lived here for about 9 years and loved it! We only moved out because my BF accepted a job out of state. We lived in the 2 bed, 2 bath and wow the closets are huge and so many of them too! Park on Riley is within walking distance to Raleys, Kohls, the post office, Walmart, bike trails. Within a few minutes drive to Folsom Outlets, Palladio shopping center, restaurants, wonderful! Kathleen Maldonado was awesome and very helpful in squaring away some space in the parking ...lot so that we could have the City of Folsom pick up our unwanted furniture. Kathleen made moving out a smooth transition! Park on Riley apartments and this location are a win-win!Property Manager Responded
