Living here is pretty good, but I do wish that they'd stop messing with the ways we could make payments. It's getting a bit inconvenient, especially with the lack of split payments.

I love the community, it’s aesthetically pleasing and the amenities are great. I think my favorite thing about my apartment is the smart home where I can unlock and lock the door using the app. My only complaint is that my apartment was not cleaned at all prior to moving in. When I moved in it was dirty, everything was dirty including the carpets but I did address this issue to Tori and the scheduled for the cleaners to come in and clean my apartment. Other than I really don’t have any complaints ...
because it’s only been a week but I hope I have a great living experience here.

Several hiccups on my move in that were beyond anyone’s control, but once we got in everything has been beautiful. Everything is so clean, there is tons for the children to do, and neighbors have been welcoming. 10/10 approve.

I have enjoyed my almost two years living here!! Any issues I’ve had have been quickly attended to, and we really haven’t had many!! Being on the first floor has came with more bugs than we’d like but they routinely spray and we can easily request extra service outside of this!! Overall great experience staying here

The neighborhood and the apartment is super nice and well organized. Compared to our other apartments this is definitely a step up. Walking distance to some great restaurants.
