August 14, 2024As a renter, you deserve a property that reflects your quality and standards. The Parker is the ideal choice! Safety, convenient interstate access, a modern aesthetic, and dependable staff and management are often difficult to find in a single community. The Parker exceeds this expectation! For a mobile healthcare worker like myself, I am often out of town and working long hours locally. It was paramount for me to find an attractive property well-maintained by both residents and staff; ...knowledgeable and accommodating property management; and a peaceful, safe, serene living space. The Parker checked all the boxes! The unit interiors literally had every feature of my previous 3K sq/ft. rental home condensed and beautifully packaged. The management team’s prompt attention to every matter, big or small, is impeccable. They are the standout feature, embodying the excellence expected from a boutique establishment. Looks nice, managed poorly
March 1, 2021I've been living here for a month. Touring the property seemed nice, but there's been issues since. 1. Staff hardly responds to emails or answer phone calls. 2. My washer and dryer doesn't work and has yet to be fixed even after constant communication to management. 3. Kitchen sink doesn't have water pressure and has yet to be fixed. 4. Noisy neighbors still noisy also after asking to bring down noise. I wouldn't move here again.Property Manager Responded

Please note that as we are a new community, our appliances are under warranty with the manufacturer and must be repaired by them. The dog friendly community offers easy access to the newly expanding Memorial Park and Bayou Parks. Couldn't wait to sign lease!!
October 19, 2020I knew I wanted to live somewhere close to Memorial Park, this was only the second place I looked at but the staff took such good care of me I signed immediately after the tour! They were so nice and welcoming I knew this place is going to be well managed. Finally all moved in and my apartment is so spacious and nice! Can't wait to take advantage of all the amenities in shared spaces. Definitely my favorite apartment I've lived in.Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2020In love with my apartment! I moved in beginning of summer and was only anticipating signing one year. I will definitely be resigning!
