Pretty building and amenities but lacks in thoughtful design in the apartments. There is no noise control, you can hear your upstairs neighbors, your next door neighbors, and all the noises in the halls

Looks nice, managed poorly

I've been living here for a month. Touring the property seemed nice, but there's been issues since.
1. Staff hardly responds to emails or answer phone calls.
2. My washer and dryer doesn't work and has yet to be fixed even after constant communication to management.
3. Kitchen sink doesn't have water pressure and has yet to be fixed.
4. Noisy neighbors still noisy also after asking to bring down noise.
I wouldn't move here again.

We are disappointed that you have not had the living experience you expected as we always strive to meet our residents expectations. Please note that as we are a new community, our appliances are under warranty with the manufacturer and must be repaired by them. Sadly due to the pandemic, this ca uses delays as many parts are on back order and service calls are back logged. Through our regular communication we notified of this issue. We were unaware of the sink, however we are happy to correct the problem when we visit you tomorrow as discussed today. The Parker is a great place to live with fantastic pricing and great floor plan options. The dog friendly community offers easy access to the newly expanding Memorial Park and Bayou Parks. With all of the on site amenities from the gym, two pools, dog spa, and lobby lounge the Parker has everything you could need to call home home!

I knew I wanted to live somewhere close to Memorial Park, this was only the second place I looked at but the staff took such good care of me I signed immediately after the tour! They were so nice and welcoming I knew this place is going to be well managed. Finally all moved in and my apartment is so spacious and nice! Can't wait to take advantage of all the amenities in shared spaces. Definitely my favorite apartment I've lived in.

In love with my apartment! I moved in beginning of summer and was only anticipating signing one year. I will definitely be resigning! The amenities are amazing and all shared spaces are so clean. Everything has run so smoothly with any maintenance/management which I have never experienced.
