Anda the "Property Manager" has no authority to do anything without contacting her district manager. December 3, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is nice but management will charge you huge water bill . In one incident , I was not in apartment for more than a month but I was charged $125 for water and when asked they told it is based on overall use of all resident not based on individual uses . Forget about anything you will get back after lease end . They will make sure you pay more than your deposit even if you have minor strain or anything small after lase end .
