Clean, Quiet, and Safe
October 16, 2023So I moved in about 2 1/2 years ago with the new management company that now owns it. Its been a smooth transaction so far. It's a great community, conveniently located, and a good value for the size in this area. My Neighbors are friendly and more than willing to help each other. Maintenance generally responds quickly to any requests. Jesus is the on site fella and always helpful. He is also bilingual which was the biggest beneficial factor here.Review from Apartments.com

Ron, the apartment manager, lives on site and is extremely efficient with getting problems resolved as well as keeping issues to a minimum. several upgrades made recently including a playground, new mailboxes with larger postal lock boxes, and security cameras watching the entryways and sidewalks.Review from Apartments.com
