Not too shabby!
January 20, 2016Price wise an excellent value compared to other apartments in/near downtown Indy. Living off Mass Ave would have cost us at least $1100 for a 1br but I got mine here for $790 a month. So far I haven't had any issues here for the past 3 months. When I moved in only the first three floors were occupied but now it seems like the building is almost full now.Review from Apartments.com
It's not all it's made out to be...
August 5, 2015I was one of the first tenants to move in here. The property manager never gets back with you. I've had my car broken into. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, still had dust from construction everywhere. Couple of people in the building smoke a lot of pot so the smell fills your apartment and the hallway. I like the historic aspect of the building and it is updated, but the work is not quality work, just quick fixes. I probably won't renew my lease.Review from Apartments.com
