Wonderful property
October 9, 2021It has been a pleasure living here since our arrival in September of 2019. The amenities are great. Family friendly. It is a Great area with great schools. It is Such a beautiful property. My daughter and I love it here! The new staff has been just as wonderful as the old since transitioning to new management. Allison and Liz are Always addressing our concerns immediately and providing exceptional customer service! The courtesy office is wonderful. Keep up the great work! Under new management
July 25, 2021New management took over in June and it’s been horrible since. Gates broke so you can only get in if you’re lucky enough to have a fob. Someone hit the gate trying to get in behind someone and instead of fixing, they blocked the whole thing off. The emails they send are rude. No one is addressing an issues. They started pressure washing and all of a sudden now it’s stopped. Who knows when Pest control has been out last. It’s taking 3-4 days for maintenance requests. New management
July 13, 2021These apartments were absolutely amazing when we first moved in. Since the change in management companies it has went down overnight. I absolutely will be moving out when our lease is over. Gate doesn't work. Pool isn't maintained as it was before Not enough workers in the office, usually closed due to tour or wait entirely too long for service. Maintenance employees doesn't have uniforms. They talk negative about the previous management. When the pervious management company were SUPER ...professional and didn't show any signs or make any derogatory comments about the change in management even to the last day that they were employed.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2021Really nice calm neighborhood. Quiet place where you really can relax. Nice staff who is always ready to help where possible. For me especially Devin she is the MAX!!!!! from day 1 all communication I had was with her and she was SUPER helpful and professional. March 3, 2021I love living here at the Parkway. Any issues or concerns are taken care of immediately. The Parkway always gives updates on events or issues happening at the time allowing residents to be updated. Every staff member that I have interacted with has shown outstanding customer service and are always eager to help. Before I moved in, I was having a lot of personal issues going on at once, and Devin specifically was able to make my transition/move to The Parkway very smooth and easy. There were ...absolutely no issues and she basically handled everything allowing me to focus on other tasks. August 29, 2020I am very content to have lived here for almost 2 years, the staff here is so helpful they were always so sweet and attentive to anything I needed. Very clean, and maintenance is always walking around the complex, cleaning making sure everything is ok. Calm and peaceful environment to call home, and they definitely deserve more than 5 stars. November 19, 2019The Parkway has all the amenities you need. The dog parks are great. The pool and fitness center outstanding and the personnel excellent. We looked at several properties in Kingwood, Houston and Humble and Parkway is by far the best value for the money. Our agent Mable was very professional in her presentation and helped walk us through any obstacles we encountered . She took us all the way from looking at the apartments to the lease signing process. Could not ask for more. The Parkway fit our ...needs and Mable did the rest. A place to call home
November 15, 2019I would highly recommend living at the parkway! I’ve lived here since it first opened in the summer of 2018. From the very beginning, all of the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Melanie took the time to walk me through different floor plans and even gave me ideas of how to set my furniture up. The staff was consistently checking in when we had issues with the water pressure and constantly gave us updates to keep us informed. The maintenance staff responds quickly and the ...grounds are always clean and well kept. They offer great amenities and also host a variety of fun filled events.
