April 14, 2025I love living here! I've stayed at the Parlor for nearly 2 years now, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. It's a great location- I walk to campus, Target, cafes and bars on the square, HEB, etc. Everything in my apartment feels new and modern.Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2024I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and nice amenities like a gym and pool. The apartments themselves are spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. LOVE LIVING AT THE PARLOR
December 7, 2024I absolutely love living here! The penthouse apartment views are incredible, and this is my second year without any major issues. The Customer Service is fantastic—maintenance is always prompt and efficient when handling requests. The Unit Amenities are top-notch, and the Location couldn’t be better—walking distance to all the great stores on the square and just a 10-minute walk to campus.
