I just upgraded to the same apartment but different unit and the new unit has a roaches which I hate. She maintained consistent communication regarding necessary documentation, delivering it promptly. While the move-in process was generally smooth, the availability of gate openers was insufficient for all residents. Furthermore, the air conditioning system has been non-functional since move-in, necessitating the use of portable units.
