September 18, 2025I love the apartment and I lived the vantage side about 5year and 2 month. I just upgraded to the same apartment but different unit and the new unit has a roaches which I hate. I would’ve given it 5 star if it wasn’t for recent roach problems but overall I love it.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2025Beautiful.. but gate always has issues when guest use code. I have and outstanding ( 3 months) leak in my shower and am experiencing mold issues. Walking area has a part that is covered in mud and in accessible without danger of slipping. Mosquitos galore!Property Manager Responded

She maintained consistent communication regarding necessary documentation, delivering it promptly. While the move-in process was generally smooth, the availability of gate openers was insufficient for all residents. Furthermore, the air conditioning system has been non-functional since move-in, necessitating the use of portable units. Considering the current ...summer heat, ensuring the functionality of the AC system prior to move-in would have been preferable.Property Manager Responded
