I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. My experience at the peach was pretty good, the apartments are nice but my stay is currently being overshadowed by the fact that I haven’t received my deposit back as of yet despite moving out July 5th. Each time that I have contacted the peach I’m being told it takes 30 business days. I was told to put my account information into their system and I used the “recommended” method of payment on their website so it captured my account number and ...
routing information but apparently the wrong routing number was captured. So now I have to wait an additional 30 business days to get my money. No one contacted me so I have no clue when I’m supposed to get my money back. Ta’Queria is nice and helpful but I will definitely not be staying here again. I need the owner to contact me asap or I will be filing a lawsuit because this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for MY money back.

You will never get your deposit back, as the owner prefers to make people beg for it! Horrible way to do business! Not all it's cracked up to be! Definitely don't recommend staying here!!
