    So far great it has been super nice and quiet. Been staying here for over 3 years, love the proximity to main stores like target, heb and Whole Foods.

    It is nice here and office people are nice. Close to the stores and Westpark Tollroad not that far from the apartment. Need a place to eat restaurants are close by.

    Ever since new management took over there seems to be a change on couple of things around the property but still a lot of littering going on, also Vale staff does a horrible job at picking up trash and dragging it around the stair ways staining the floors in the hall. Only good thing I can say is that there hasn’t been anything crazy going on or noisy neighbors outside. Overall it’s ok for what you pay for here in west Houston.

    The appliances should be stainless steel, considering these are fairly new and the property could be a little more cleaner. If we’re having to pay rent through an app there shouldn’t be an extra $10 added on just to pay, that’s like penalizing us because the office doesn’t accept money orders.

    I have been experiencing ongoing issues at this apartment complex that need urgent attention. The front and back gates are constantly broken, which raises security concerns for residents and myself. It remains unprepared for extended periods, making it easy for unauthorized individuals to enter. Additionally, there is a persistent issue with tenants smoking marijuana, and the odor seeps into my apartment. This is especially frustrating for those who do not wish to be exposed to the smell in their ...

    Upon moving in, there were finishes of the apartment that weren’t complete to make it fully move in ready. We have an open gauged hole at the bottom of our kitchen cabinets, scratches on our linen pantry in the master bedroom, and it took us over 2 weeks to get our clickers for the gates just for them not to work. We constantly keep reminding the front office just to get a run around. Also the neighbors above us sound like they are bowling by how loud they are above us. Terrible first month ...

    Overall the experience has been a hit and miss because it could be a great place to live in but it lacks security due to the things that have happened on the property also some of the tenants are really loud and inconsiderate of others. And there seems to be a big littering problem on the property too. Wish our stair ways were pressured wash to which there isn’t stains of the trash picked up by vale. Overall for the price and the area it is what you get.
