My experience at The Perry Residences has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Since the change in management, the quality of living has gone downhill. The property charges premium rental rates, but the service and treatment residents receive are nowhere near what you’d expect for the price.

make matters worse, the elevator is frequently broken, creating a major inconvenience for residents. For a property that markets itself as a luxury community, basic maintenance and building operations should not be this unreliable.
What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability from management. They routinely respond to negative reviews asking residents to contact them directly to discuss concerns, but in my experience, those concerns are ignored once you reach out. The responses feel more like an attempt to manage public perception than to actually resolve problems.
Several interactions with staff have also felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. As a resident, I was left feeling that raising legitimate concerns could result in being treated differently or singled out rather than having issues addressed fairly.
For the amount of money residents pay to live here, the ongoing maintenance problems, poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and overall resident experience are unacceptable. I would strongly encourage prospective renters to do thorough research and consider these issues before signing a lease.
