If you are hard of hearing, are a smoker, and don’t mind bugs, this is the place for you! Admin staff will sass you if you have any type of complaint, residents smoke at building entrances and on balconies with no punishment, there are cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, maintenance staff appear to be stretched thin, parking is a nightmare because if it is the evening or weekend there is no one enforcing the parking rules. Centipedes and monster spiders come out from under the bathtubs and baseboards, ...
cheap flooring installed lifts and warps and maintenance can’t fix the warped floors. No central air so the ac unit has to be on day in and day out to keep the whole unit cooled and the baseboard heaters limit where you can put furniture.
