Between the resident events they host to the everyday communication they make it known they are here to help whenever. As far as living here I have had 0 issues. Passerby are friendly and seeing them at the events is always refreshing, a sense of community even. The location is excellent being in the middle of downtown there’s always something close to do and food to eat.
