March 11, 2024I am living here for a couple month…. Location is good, Staff (Maya) she is so great. I recommended here with a reasonable price. In weekend, it has sound from street and bar but it is acceptable. I am living here and keep continuing….Property Manager Responded

If I could go back in time I won't choose this place
November 24, 2021Super money-oriented! very direct( in the way that you feel hurt) not so polite staff, especially the manager who has an office on the first floor. Really unlovable personal. you won't feel at home talking to them, I'm used to just smiling and running away. They thought me not to be friendly, the money just talks here. If I show you the responses they give you in the email you will believe me how they treat their residents here. you won't feel satisfied with that much money you pay. Any ...conversation with the security staff will end up that they don't know the answer to. I've been in the pool several times and several times I saw hair and other stuff on the hot tube Btw. They increased the" breaking contract policy from 2 months to 4 months" If I could go back in time I won't choose this place. I'm sorry.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place and excellent staff!!
July 16, 2021This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! It gives you the city-life feel with a comfortable living space. Amenities are close by with grocery, restaurants, banks, and several business. The sports deck is absolutely perfect, and the pool is a relaxing attribute to the end of a long day! There's got to be a reason why there are no current GOOD reviews
July 7, 2021The place reminds me of a frat house. This is NOT luxury. That's what I thought I was buying into. If you are a young business professional who works from home, who respects organization, and a good place to sleep at night, this is NOT the place for you. The parties here are for real, they are OFTEN. It's hard to get a good night's rest. We had several ongoing issues, the removal of any package organization results in lost packages (both at the condo and the apartments). Relaying the carpet ...resulted in the glue being stuck to the floor so residents had to try to walk on it. A lady in her walker wasn't able to leave her apartment for THREE days until they realized they couldn't have the glue there. Residents ruined their shoes because the glue does not come off. It's sticky. They wanted to repaint during the height of COVID. They asked all residents to leave their doors open so strangers could enter the building and paint. Yes, just leave the doors open. It wasn't until complaints from residents made them rethink their decision. The parking garage is a nightmare. The teeny tiny spot where cars go through results in some serious congestion and frustration among residents. The "washer and dryer" in the unit... No, find a place with a real one. That thing ruined countless articles of clothes. We asked to move out early, got permission from their management. Once we left, they just decided they no longer wanted to follow our agreement. So, of course, now the bills are piling in with some made-up excuses from them. ALTHOUGH, they did offer to "reduce" their move-out charges by having me sign a Non Disclosure agreement. Meaning, I wouldn't be able to write my review. NOW, they are threatening to just take the money. DO YOU WANT THIS HEADACHE? Great Place To Live In Downtown Grand Rapids
September 9, 2019You couldn't pick a better spot to live in downtown GR. No one beats the amenities or easy access to the Skywalk. Current Management is wonderful and easy to work with. Maintenance staff is also great. Maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner. The covered parking is the best of any apartment rentals in downtown GR. Probably maybe the best of Grand Rapids
July 21, 2015Plaza Towers is most likely your best bet in Grand Rapids. It has the best location by far- connected to local venues via Skywalk, close to all the hot bars and restaurants, etc. The common areas are urban chic and always clean. The staff is super helpful. All of my maintenance requests have been answered within hours. I requested upgrades to my apartment (e.g. granite counters and new appliances) and all were granted without question. The covered parking is quintessential in Michigan. Other ...highlights include indoor pool, gym, sports deck, fire pit, and community grills.
