Terrible service of these apartments. There is no parking for guests. It's hot at more than 80 degrees and they don't turn on the air conditioning and there's no low lava as I designed on the page wed the laundry never works

I lived at my apartment for more than 3 years , it is one of the best apartments in the area. This is a really great apartment with an awesome staff. The best things about the apartment are the location and the free utilities they provide. Overall it is a very good apartment and a great place to stay.

I reside in a two bedroom apartment at The Plaza Apartments. I have been here for 6 years and I haven't had any problems . Close to shopping, metro, etc. Quiet and the office staff are very kind and helpful. Respond to issues almost immediately.

This place has been a hot mess from
Day one AC and heat always going in and out this past summer the AC was out for 2 weeks we actually have NO heat right now smh. When I first moved in I counted 12 holes that were not filled mice and roaches there is always trash outside and inside the buildings. The washer and dryer almost never work there is always something wrong with atleast one or the other. The kitchen doesn’t have much space but that could just be my apartment. Parking is a nightmare they ...
have no guest passes so guest will have to park on the street after 10 or get towed. Management is horrible It’s near a lot of stores but the money I pay for this place is not worth it.. save your money!

I've really enjoyed living in these apartments, the location are ideal & property staff is always extremely helpful. Love that is close to everything , parking sometimes I have to park far from my building but other than that is a great place to live .

This complex has one problem after the other. It is mice and roach infested. Parking is always hard to come by. As of now heading into a holiday weekend the A/C has been off for 1/2 of the entire community for over a week. The management team has posted notices throughout each building starting that the system wasn’t functioning correctly due to the cooler temperatures but that makes no sense whatsoever. Even when the system is functioning the A/C barely blows out any cool air. Please save ...
