Good location but terrible apartments
May 10, 2021Over the past year, there have been several car thefts and break-ins in this community. Community is gated but security is non-existent. Cameras in the garages don’t work. The buildings are old and have not been maintained well. Gym and swimming pool have been closed for over a year. There are water shut-offs almost every week, sometimes multiple times a week. Good luck getting hot water throughout the day in the apartment. The water pressure is sometimes so low that it’s practically impossible ...to take a proper shower. Elevator breakdowns have become increasingly common. Apartments here are owned by private landlords and are rather expensive for what they offer. There are people moving out almost every week. Landlords here will not disclose any of these existing issues before you move-in until you’re locked into a one year lease and it’s too late to change your mind without paying a penalty. There are other better apartments in this area with a lower rent and good schools.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
