Homey Feeling in Downtown Frisco
January 12, 2021There is soo many amazing things to say about The Plaza. The community is small but close-knit. The buildings are sturdy and you can tell were originally developed to be condos. I lived directly across from the elevator and never heard a peep from any of my neighbors. Service requests were handled within a day, and the staff always recognized their residents. This is not your typical apartment community. The security, the soundproofing, and the staff make this community more than that. BEST apartment in Frisco!
January 12, 2021The Plaza at Frisco Square is a gem in the heart of the Square! It is quiet, private, and cozy while being right in the middle of the action! The apartments are beautiful, classy, and well constructed. The layouts are so open and versatile for anything that you are wanting to do style-wise. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about all their residents! They knew me, my boyfriend, and our two dogs before we even moved in! They were incredible at helping us get ready for our move from ...Tennessee! The maintenance staff is quick, professional, and sweet; they even bring dog treats with them! Wonderful atmosphere
June 28, 2017This is a great place to live. I love the fact that it's a small community and all the residents get along so well. Christie and Dillon from the management company throw the best events and make everyone feel so at home-not just a regular apartment building. Little slice of heaven
July 7, 2016There's no place like home! I was a little hesitant about downsizing from a 5000 square foot home into a cozy 900 square foot apartment, but with all the charm this place has - I don't miss a thing about suburb living. From the variety of restauraunts to the kindness of the management staff, there isn't a thing I don't love about this place. Best thing I can say is... IT'S SO QUIET! Downtown living...in the suburbs!
August 4, 2015The Plaza at Frisco Square is exactly that. Two mixed use buildings line either side of Coleman Blvd - which dead ends into Frisco Library/City Hall. The first floor has shops and restaurants, while floors 2-4 are filled with the nicest (and quietest) neighbors I've had. The apartments are very well maintained, and the one time I had a service request, it was handled immediately. The indoor, air conditioned hallways are a major wow factor every time we have guests. Electricity is CoServ and cable ...is Grande Communications. No satellite dishes. The pool behind building 1 gets plenty of sun; but if you are interested in only laying out, both buildings have a 4th floor sun deck. The 3rd floor has a covered community patio. Overall I'd say this is an above average property for the price - that is made 10 times better by the location. Christmas Lights, Frisco Freedom Fest, countless 5Ks / free concerts, weekly farmers markets and Yoga on the lawn (offered by the studio downstairs) - there is ALWAYS something to do right outside your door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
