Excellent Move-In Relationship
July 17, 2021Under a great deal of pressure to find a place in Boston, I gave a call to Point 180 and spoke with Christina, the property manager. She was incredibly helpful, flexible, and truly cares about her clients. While I was unable to see the exact floor plan in person, she brought us into two other apartments to show the additional features included in the apartment I will be renting. We toured the building: which offers the amenities that stand out from the other apartment complexes closer to the ...city. Located in Malden Center, it's a 15 walk to the orange line T, and when the snow hits -- there's a gym, social area, and covered parking to ease anxiety and facilitate working from home. I am so excited to live at Point 180 -- primarily because I know that the tenants are taken care of under the excellence and attentiveness of Christina, the property manager, and the location is in a safe, adjacent location to the city. Christina is extremely professional, understands people, and empathizes with her prospective clients. Great Staff!
June 27, 2019I had been living in this complex for almost 2 years and just recently moved out because I bought a place. The staff is very attentive and solve any issues right away. Maintenance does a great job keeping the complex looking new and clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments to someone looking in the Malden/Medford area.Review from Apartments.com

May 7, 2018I was a bit hesitant about this complex when reading previous reviews, but I decided to check it out anyways. I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't anything like other reviews said. The leasing staff had email me right away to set up a tour. Once I go there the leasing consultant took his time to show me both one and two bedroom units. I was on the fence regarding two units and I came back the following day to tour again. I decided to put in an application. The application process was very smooth ...and and everything was done online. I've been here now a month and I have had no issues. The building is very clean and the patio is a great feature! Pleasant move in and stay
January 24, 2018I really enjoy living in the Point at 180. I was looking for a new apartment fairly close to the T and it is perfect. Everything in the artment is brand new and the bedrooms are spacious. I was relocating from Texas for work and needed an apartment in a week. My application was approved in 24 hours and I received a lease shortly after. There was an issue with the garbage disposal when I moved in but the maintenance guy Jim fixed the problem the next day. Beautiful, Well Priced, Community close to Boston
January 24, 2018This small community was a great option for me. I work in downtown Boston and I can jump on the Orange line at Malden Center and be to work in under 30 mins door to door. Everything is brand new, bright and I have tons of sunlight that pours into my unit. In the few months that I've been here I've only had to put in a maintenance request twice for minor things. I'm able to do it through their online portal and the maintenance guy got back to me super fast via email and a phone call. Another great ...feature they have is that I can pay online and set up automatic payments. It was truly an easy process for me. Poor customer service
November 27, 2017Hello, I actually live in this complex. when I moved in the food disposal was not working. it took them 4 weeks to fix it. when you have to pay or provide documents you have to be on time but for them to deliver a service is no rush. It does not look like to me they care about customers and the rent is not cheap. if something breaks, good luck to get it fixed.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away, they are not professional
November 26, 2017Hello, I currently leave in this apartment and I had problems since day one. The lady that runs the complex is not reliable and professional at all (at least with me). When I moved in the house was dirty and I had to leave all the boxes unpacked for a couple of days. When I say the house was dirty I mean dirt from the construction company. After 2 days some cleaners came and was still pretty dirty. All my boxes occupied 1/2 the apartment so I had to clean the rest by myself.
