    the maintenance request gets resolved in their system by it self without resolving the actual problem. If you are trying to talk with manager for your problems be papered to get yelled at for complain. The way manager talks to you like you are a slave.

    We have bene here for a year and it's the worst run complex i've ever been apart of. No wonder reviews on this place is so bad. The management is horrible on responses. If you have a big issue they will not worry about it until it's at their convenience. They will tell you one thing. before you sign the lease then when it's signed they go back on there work even when it's in writing. Also you can get a way better apartment for better prices now so there's no reason to live here.

    I have lived at The Point At Deerfield for about 3 years and I must say the maintenance team is wonderful. They are so quick to fix things that might routinely break non and then. The office team is very helpful if you need anything at all, you never seem like a bother to them like past properties I've lived at. Thanks you The Point At Deerfield team for providing me a place to call home!

    Point at Deerfield is a home! I have lived here a while and the staff for the past year has been wonderful. They take pride in their jobs and give personal customer services. GM Karla and her right hands are wonderful and caring.

  • Management rude

    For the price and the quality go somewhere else ! With so many new communities in the area and much better customer service ! Management is aweful ! They are rude to your kids they are disrespectful and have the patience of a 3 yr old ! They act like they are running a resort with their outdated decor, pool stays dirty and the gym is. A joke . They act like your kids are a burden to the community . In all honesty they run the place as if they want an upper class of people to rent in this motel 6 ...

    Horrible management, don’t let the beauty of the pool and office steer you to rent here. Everyday a new problem in the apartment. TONS OF RATS, people walking in the road, and men of different culture are RUDE to any woman in th complex. Over all, great location, terrible management. Fire staff and start fresh.

    Memorial Day weekend and the pool is closed for painting! They couldn't have done this in February March or April? My family has had a get together planned for 2 months and I had to cancel! Management really needs to get their act together!!! Just one more strike against them in a long list.

  • Point at Deerfield experience

    The management was good earlier but has been on the downfall since Paskin group took over. The auto-payment does not work and they end up charging late fees at $10 per day. The management does not look at customer complaints and does not revert back wrongful charges. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

    I love my new apartment. It has great character and lots of great extra touches that most apartments don't have. The price is a great value too. I shopped around on Apartments.com then visited a few locations before I made my final selection and I couldn't be happier. The community is great, the complex is fun, but quiet and the location is perfect.
