Unreasonable moveout charges

I posted this review after seeing the move-out charges applied to my account. I lived in this apartment for the past 4 years, and quite disappointed to be charged over $600 for cleaning, repainting, and resurfacing fees. I had shared positive feedback about the community during my stay. But it’s frustrating to now leave a negative review due to unreasonable move-out charges. There were also a few issues that I reported at the time of move-in, but they told there is no record of a move-in ...
inspection form. It looks like this may have been overlooked during the transition to the new leasing company. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled by the current leasing team.

We have bene here for a year and it's the worst run complex i've ever been apart of. No wonder reviews on this place is so bad. The management is horrible on responses. If you have a big issue they will not worry about it until it's at their convenience. They will tell you one thing. before you sign the lease then when it's signed they go back on there work even when it's in writing. Also you can get a way better apartment for better prices now so there's no reason to live here.

For the price and the quality go somewhere else ! With so many new communities in the area and much better customer service ! Management is aweful ! They are rude to your kids they are disrespectful and have the patience of a 3 yr old ! They act like they are running a resort with their outdated decor, pool stays dirty and the gym is. A joke . They act like your kids are a burden to the community . In all honesty they run the place as if they want an upper class of people to rent in this motel 6 ...

The management was good earlier but has been on the downfall since Paskin group took over. The auto-payment does not work and they end up charging late fees at $10 per day. The management does not look at customer complaints and does not revert back wrongful charges. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

I love my new apartment. It has great character and lots of great extra touches that most apartments don't have. The price is a great value too. I shopped around on Apartments.com then visited a few locations before I made my final selection and I couldn't be happier. The community is great, the complex is fun, but quiet and the location is perfect.
