Management is getting worst
August 11, 2020the maintenance request gets resolved in their system by it self without resolving the actual problem. If you are trying to talk with manager for your problems be papered to get yelled at for complain. The way manager talks to you like you are a slave.Review from Apartments.com

May 22, 2020We have bene here for a year and it's the worst run complex i've ever been apart of. No wonder reviews on this place is so bad. The management is horrible on responses. If you have a big issue they will not worry about it until it's at their convenience. They will tell you one thing. before you sign the lease then when it's signed they go back on there work even when it's in writing. Also you can get a way better apartment for better prices now so there's no reason to live here.Review from Apartments.com

The office team is very helpful if you need anything at all, you never seem like a bother to them like past properties I've lived at. Management rude
July 12, 2018For the price and the quality go somewhere else ! With so many new communities in the area and much better customer service ! Management is aweful ! They are rude to your kids they are disrespectful and have the patience of a 3 yr old ! They act like they are running a resort with their outdated decor, pool stays dirty and the gym is. A joke . They act like your kids are a burden to the community . In all honesty they run the place as if they want an upper class of people to rent in this motel 6 ...feel environment ! May 27, 2017Memorial Day weekend and the pool is closed for painting! They couldn't have done this in February March or April? My family has had a get together planned for 2 months and I had to cancel! Management really needs to get their act together!!! June 14, 2016The management was good earlier but has been on the downfall since Paskin group took over. The auto-payment does not work and they end up charging late fees at $10 per day. The management does not look at customer complaints and does not revert back wrongful charges. I would not recommend this community to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
