July 3, 2024I enjoy it here, I enjoy my apartment, it’s quiet and comfortable. I try not to bother people, people don’t bother me, people are usually friendly. However! The maintenance at this place is the worst. When I’ve needed them quickly! I never see or hear from them for like 3 days. I have to make multiple requests, calls. And I don’t call for little things- my AC, this is the 2nd time, and once when my key broke off in the entry/front door. Unable to get in apartment! Thankfully someone was still ...home, to open the door, but then unable to lock it to leave. And thankfully my son was able to, after some struggles, get the broken key out, but the lock needed to be replaced, which took about a week. Again it’s a nice place to live, in my opinion, but maintenance needs better response, needs better resolve.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Perfect for entomologist
June 11, 2024Because the management does not seem to care about the insect population, mainly cockroaches in these apartments. If you love bugs, you will like to stay here you can study them. Keep them as pets. There are plenty of them to go around. July 28, 2023I have only been here for a month, but I do enjoy my apartment and how spacious it is. I share the apartment with my sister in a 2 bedroom and having my own bathroom (which is big) is a plus for us. I also am very happy with the maintenance staff. They are very kind and prompt with addressing any of the issues we may have. The front desk staff were also nice however they can be hard to get a hold of over the phone. They can be best reached by email in my opinion. I have only been for almost a ...month, but I enjoy how quiet it is during the day when I am studying.
