They claim to be a luxury building, however I beg to differ. The appliances are cheap. The walls are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors use the bathroom). Trash piles up everywhere and it smells awful. The parking garage door is broken 90% of the time. They consistently raise the rent to the point where it's unaffordable. In addition to the fact that it's not a luxury building. It's poorly constructed, the walls are paper thin, you can hear people using the bathroom, the windows leak, the garage is always broken, packages are always stolen or not delivered.
