Overpriced

Extremely overpriced! I've been living here for almost 3 years and very disappointed with the extreme rent raises throughout the years. They claim to be a luxury building, however I beg to differ. The appliances are cheap. The walls are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors use the bathroom). Trash piles up everywhere and it smells awful. The parking garage door is broken 90% of the time. considering the product. The neighborhood isn't safe either. I've seen vagrants sleeping on the street in front of the building. I don't recommend wasting your money here if you're expecting luxury. Look elsewhere
