Not Safe or Secure
June 16, 2021The mail room has been broken into multiple times this month with no response from management. They don’t even have the decency to send an email or call residents. Instead they just leave a paper taped to the door of the mail room. Mail has been stolen numerous times. Consistently there is someone trying to break into cars and different apartments. Management and their hired “security” don’t do anything about it. Expect your stuff to be stolen, wether it be a package, mail, or belongings. The pointe is ok
October 4, 2015I have lived here since March 2015. The staff is friendly. It's quiet but Its hard to find parking and people don't clean up after their dogs. They need to get a terminator the spiders are horrible. The pools are great and we'll maintained. I love having my own washer and dryer. Overall they are okay.Review from Apartments.com

There's no place like home !
August 23, 2015Hi, I would like to take the time to tell you all about my experience at The Pointe Apartments. I have been living here with my 2yr old son for almost 1yr , The nice gated community is such a wounderful touch it makes you fill safe yet so protected. The Staff/Management is here to help with anything you want or need Anytime of Day very nice people . The Atmosphere is so quite, beautiful makes you feel like your at home . They keep up every day on there grounds matinence it is always clean ...wich makes you fill very good. The Apartments are A , There newley updated, full furnished with appliances , washer/dryer in unit wich makes a big big difference than other aprtments . I love the units they make you feel like your right at home, with big bathroom , beautiful kitchen area, family/lounge area is very spacious too along with nice outdoor patio area . With the amenities of 3 Pools., 2 outdoor, 1 indoor, Tennis Court, Exercise room. The people/neighbors are so friendly everyone gets along ! I couldn't ask for a better place to live an call home. Being a single dad raising my 2yr old son here it is amazing, I will keep an try to stay here as long as I can . I Recommend these Apartments to Anyone in the area of Solano County or Anyone that is moving into the area of Fairfield Ca . Hands Down Best Aprtments in Solano County/ Fairfield Ca. its been a great 6 years
August 20, 2015I have lived here for 6 years. Although the apartment is nice, roomy and quiet; and the indoor and outdoor pools are great. That isn't what makes living here so great. The staff is wonderful. They listen to your needs and help as much as possible. They repair things extremely quickly. And I feel like its a family friendly complex. They also do special things for the residence periodically. On neighbors night out they throw a big party and provide food and entertainment. They give out coffee ...and donuts at the gate sometimes. And on your birthday you get a suprise on your door when you come home. Seriously its a great place to live. One downside, lots of spiders. August 9, 2015The two bedroom (walk-in closets) two bathroom apartment home is spacious. We enjoy the three pools, sauna, jacuzzi and weight room. The office staff, landscaper, and maintenance workers are friendly, courteous and approachable. The gated community makes me feel safe. Diamond In the Rough! Best Option for Bay Area Commuters
July 20, 2015The Pointe Apartments is by far the best complex I have ever lived in! Imelda made the move-in process easy; I received a 24-hour approval turnaround and absolutely no hassle! The property is well-maintained, in excellent proximity to any and everything (shopping plaza, shopping mall, restaurants, highways, schools, hospital and more) and they go above and beyond to provide the true meaning of customer service. I did not move to the complex with a vehicle so the Management staff provided me with ...details for reliable rides and a commuter service to work. The complex is gated and quiet yet family oriented; the staff puts on plenty of extracurricular activities for tenants and their children and keeps the community updated on surrounding area events. I was also pleased my rent was not significantly impacted by the rising real estate costs many are experiencing in San Francisco. Lastly, on my birthday, I received a goodie bag and signed card from the Property Management staff that was the best demonstration of care.
