I’ve lived here for one year in the Richland 1br/1ba. If anything needs repair maintenance promptly responds to app repair request.
The property is well maintained and clean.
I have found this large one bedroom apartment to be high quality, very energy efficient and quiet.
I love living here and have renewed my 15 month lease

I love it here India makes us feel welcome so does a few other staff maintenance are hard working pool clean and they also have a lot of events for kids and adults the only thing we are lacking is a grocery store LOL
