I really like it hear. Office staff and maintenance amazing. Grounds clean. I just wish the walls were soundproof instead of hearing neighbors stump through the ceiling. Other than that love it.

Enjoy the apartment and all the amenities it comes with. The pool is very clean and all the workers are nice. I also really enjoy the socials on Thursdays where it gets people together. Those are fun and it’s cool they let you get 2 free drinks.

I recently moved into Brodie Creek. My apartment was very clean inside, and I was happy and satisfied with its condition. However, the stairs and hallways between the apartments are extremely dirty, with stains and spider webs throughout. The stairs have a bad smell and look awful. I hope they can be cleaned and maintained more regularly, as they don’t reflect the quality of the apartments themselves.

I’m loving the vibe at the Pointe at Brodie Creek so far. Other residents have been friendly, and helpful. Seems like most are following the complex rules. Being surrounded by trees, birds, and the creek gives Brodie Creek a unique feel right in the middle of Little Rock. I’m new here, but so far it was a good choice for me to pick The Pointe at Brodie Creek.

The moving in process was smooth, the staff is amazing and very helpful. I love the fact that a staff member comes in everyday and the apartment was nice and ready!
