Thus far, we can honestly say that the overall experience has been a pleasant one! With all of the amnesties provided here you definitely feel a genuine sense of community! Whether siping coffee in the Coffee Bar or mingling with fellow residents on the always enjoyable “Thirsty Thursday” events, there is always something to do in this thriving community. April 9, 2026It’s been quiet living here at Brodie Creek Apartments. I live across from the dog park which makes for fun viewing when you’re on your balcony. The birds chirping outside are lovely sounding when the weather is nice enough to have the windows open. I couldn’t ask for better neighbors. The onsite service men respond quickly. The only down fall that I know of is the internet. The buildings facing the dog park and playground (possibly buildings 4-12) do not have much of a signal for internet so we ...all have to upgrade our internet to get any kind of signal. March 24, 2026I love how the property is continuously managed for cleanliness and appeal. As of late, I don’t know if staff have been removed or left or what’s going on but the property is not being maintained as it was before the snow. There is trash around the buildings, where is the groundskeeper? The coffee area isn’t being maintained well, where is the housekeeper. But. I still enjoy the complex, the beautiful view and calmness in the area. Though I haven’t seen Trae as of late , India, Edie and Trae are ...always a delight. Maintenance is always friendly as well.
