February 1, 2026I LOVE the outline of my apartment. Management is amazing. Great place to live. I have a huge 1 bedroom apartment. It’s 900 sq ft thats the size of some 2 sized bedrooms. January 28, 2026This place is generally great to live at. When you need assistance, they are fairly quick to get things done. And all the activities and drink station is great. The only thing I would say is not good is that when it ices or snows they do nothing for the parking lots or sidewalks. No salt no nothing. You would think for how much we pay that is the least they could do so that we could go to work to pay their high rent prices. They could definitely afford the plow. January 25, 2026The Pointe Broadie Creek has been my home for about 8 months now. I live in the Richland floor plan which I love for its openness. It makes the space feel much larger than its square footage. No problems with security, noise or maintenance issues. In the office India and Trae are super friendly and will help anyway they can. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner.
