The techs rarely show up (just close the work order as "completed", takes multiple calls to the office as well as to the "answering service". Haven't had working AC in more than a year (but in our lease it says that we can not open doors and windows to cool, SERIOUSLY!!!???!!!) Car wash has NEVER worked and pool has NEVER been open. Gate ALWAYS open. Trash compactor ALWAYS overflowing & has rats (they raised the trash fee as if that was going to resolve anything ...LOL) Office staff sends letters with one fee and then tries to charge you a higher one with ZERO written notice. Oh and there was a shooting right behind my unit a few months ago!Read More
