DO NOT RENT
August 8, 2024Maint issues are NEVER resolved. The techs rarely show up (just close the work order as "completed", takes multiple calls to the office as well as to the "answering service". Haven't had working AC in more than a year (but in our lease it says that we can not open doors and windows to cool, SERIOUSLY!!!???!!!) Car wash has NEVER worked and pool has NEVER been open. Gate ALWAYS open. Trash compactor ALWAYS overflowing & has rats (they raised the trash fee as if that was going to resolve anything ...LOL) Office staff sends letters with one fee and then tries to charge you a higher one with ZERO written notice. December 30, 2023My experience with the pointe has been nothing but amazing. Jamon was EXTREMELY helpful and patient when it came to renting an apt. Very flexible and extremely willing to help. Every question I had was answered thoroughly with no rush or attitude at all. My goal was to move out on my own before 2024 and with his help it happened and I could never thank him enough. The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and the nature is a plus. Everyone in the office was so determined and positive but Jamon ...made my experience 10x better.
