  • COCKROACHES - DO NOT STAY

    Highly recommend finding another place other than the Pointe at Bailey Cove. They charge market rent for a below market kitchen and bathroom. The pictures on their website are nowhere close to what you will get. From the first day, cockroaches were a problem. I notified the maintenance personnel that day because he was fixing a broken door in our apartment (another problem with this apartment). He said he will take care of the problem. Two months later the cockroach problem was getting worse, ...
    so I went to talk to the property manager. Turns out, they never sprayed my apartment even though I pay for pest control each month. After talking to the property manager, he said our apartment will be sprayed every week from here on out and told me the problem will be solved in a month. A month later the pest problem was even worse. In three days, I saw a total of 25 cockroaches. Frustrated, I went to the property manager again only to find out that he made a mistake and pest control only came twice. The upper leadership had no intention to try and make this problem correct and blamed us for not letting them know there were bugs.

    Sold home and relocated to The Pointe in 2014. Love my apartment decision and location. Staff couldn't be better. Reasonable requests are taken care of promptly. Never had to contact "Officer Friendly" to make a complaint against a neighbor. One small dog doesn't like me, but owner keeps it well under control. If one demands a perfect living environment, they will never get it in an apartment, home or an isolated cave. Otherwise, "Welcome to The Pointe at Bailey Cove."

    The staff is super friendly until you move in. Nothing is updated, the doors are poorly sealed so your bill is higher for a/c or heat, thin walls and floors, we have been bothered many times because of apparent leaks, and the neighbors here are HORRIBLE! We have been woken up on multiple occasions from neighbors screaming profanities at 11pm . If you're living at all.. such as walking in your apartment, walking your dog or letting your kids play you get screamed at, people beat on your walls, hit ...
    the ceiling and the officer here continuously let's it go. Expecially after a neighbor cussed at my kids for playing on the balcony DURING THE DAY! Not to mention the breezeway is disgusting.. other than blowing it off, it is never cleaned. They only have 1 maintenence guy that does everything apparently.. so as my sink leaks going on 3 days now. still no word on when he's coming. The only pro, Walmart is right next door. Also, we asked to transfer to a sister apartment and the guy in the office agreed saying he would get on it. Called a week later, he had 'no clue' what we were talking about (same guy from before). explained it again and after that, we haven't heard from him again. THANK GOODNESS OUR LEASE IS ALMOST UP!

    I have lived here for almost a year now, and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are stylish and well maintained and I feel very at home and safe here. There is a police officer who patrols the area and it is located in a convenient area (I can walk to the grocery store which is great). The staff is always friendly and professional and the only time I needed maintenance they were prompt and fixed the problem immediately. I really love it ...
