Nice but basic
August 22, 2018I have lived here for awhile. I never had any problems with the complex or management. Anytime I saw a roach, I had it taken care of immediately. I have lived a few places in this area and that seems to be a normal occurrence. Hannah is super nice and the only reason I moved is because I graduated. I would go back if I needed another place in Fullerton.Property Manager Responded

Cockroach infestation
June 23, 2018This place is disgusting. I have lived here for a year and I am relieved that my lease is coming to an end. The air conditioning barely does anything, the people in the leasing office are never there and there is a cockroach infestation.Property Manager Responded
August 13, 2018We strive for customer satisfaction and are sorry to learn of your experience. We do offer free pest control, but you have to come into the office to sign up for the treatment, it is not automatic. This is mostly a one person office, so calling prior to coming to the office to sign your form is best, as sometimes we are tending to other community needs out on-site or running errands for the property. If you have other concerns, please feel free to contact the office. We also have email, if that is more convenient for you.
