September 20, 2015I moved here when these apartments were still under construction. They didn't even have the pool constructed. So here I am over 4 years later with the pool finished of course (smile) I am still a resident here. I love this community. The upkeep is impeccable, the management is awesome. When I call for maintenance it's completed within 24 hours. The company gives great incentives to keep good residents too which is always good! I don't have anything negative to say. Lots of space!!
September 15, 2015I love my apartment, for me well planned space is important- and this place has it. The living and dining room areas are very large and comfortably fit my large furniture. I can have guests over and not feel cramped. The one bedroom closets leave a little to be desired, there is no walk in closet- which is something that I do miss. The amenities are average, nothing special. The business office is only open during office hours which isn't helpful if you work normal business hours. I will say the ...staff here is awesome and very helpful. I have great neighbors and most of the people in my building have been here for awhile. When my family visits they always talk about how quiet the neighborhood is. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in center of everything, but you have easy/fast access to highways and grocery stores. One negative of this community is the dumpsters- Parr Investments markets the communities as luxury but dumpsters don't seem "luxury" to me- also during the summer months as the heat raises the smell coming from the dumpster is not always pleasant. True Sanctuary
August 21, 2015This warm, welcoming apartment has everything you need and more. There are two spacious rooms, a garden tub in the master bathroom, and laminate wood flooring was installed recently. The balcony includes a storage room and the best view of the pool, as well as the park benches and grills alongside for summer cookouts. For added security, entrance to the building is via key only and guests are buzzed up with the camera phone right by the front door.Review from Apartments.com
Great place of peace!
August 19, 2015I have been living here for a little over a year now and I love it! I have been contemplating for a while on wether or not I wanted to live in an apartment because of so many horror stories I had heard in the past. I decided to take a leap of faith and move to The Pointe at Peters Creek Pkwy! I made the best decision! The residents here really do love their community and it shows! Everyone is so friendly and generous! I adore the office manager as she has been nothing but spectacular with ...handling any maintenance problem I may have not to mention she's super friendly! This community is full of dog lovers and the office has treats every Friday not only for the residents but for your pets as well!!! We have even had a neighborhood pool gathering! I really enjoy living in this community! It's in a great location less than 4 minutes from walmart! The neighborhood has quiet hours after 10pm but you'd think it was in full effect everyday because of how serene and peaceful things are here! I feel extremely safe here, there's an on call officer/security available 24/7. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of closet space! I love this place-EXCEPT!!
March 25, 2014I love this complex! I was one of the first to move here... And I would stay here forever but the people who live above act as if they live on a ranch somewhere. The kids are allowed to do whatever! Wrestle, play football, run etc. Complained several times to management and guess what? Management suggested that I MOVE!!! Needless to say the noise got better but after about a month it's back to the same. I'm done! I'm out! Rules on your contract are not enforced!Review from Apartments.com
